John and Mary are at a party with the 1 yr old.
At some put during the party John is pushed by the drunken host
and punches him in the shoulder challanging John to fight. John refuses to fight
and is told by the host that he was "going to pop one in his head" At that moment John belives he or his family might by killed or seriously harmed. John runs to his car with his car with his family but is soon is chased by the host several others saying he's going to get killed. John pulls out a bb gun to scare his aggressor away and is arrested for brandishing a replica fire arm.
