Can you please help me decipher the below result for my friend?
Blood Serology:-

1. Rubella IGG AB : 240.0 lu/ml
Method: ELISA
2. Rubella IGM AB : 0.22
Method: ELISA
Does this mean my friend has rubella infection?
(P.S. She is just recovering from a miscarriage.)
