Hello there guys , im new to this site i need to get some advice on my back,im becoming very concernd for my health. So i have had a few back problems for 5 years. i went to physio and i was ok only until last year, then my back became very stiff and liked to "click" alot.i went to physio sessions for the second time and eventually the pains have died down , i found out i had a "curvature to the spine". For little under a month i have felt terrible clicking pains in my back , my elbows are starting to sease up i am getting foot spasms (Seems a little unrelated),and my legs seem to be getting VERY stiff and i cannot run for to long.my knuckled constantly click around and this never used to be the case i have to keep taking painkillers because the pain seems to be getting to a point where my back will sease up and i cannot seem to move much atall , i wince from the pain , my mother suffers from authural porosis (sorry have no idea how it is spelt :() a lesser form of autharitis as i know, i have a longer upperbodie and have rapid growth issues , i have accses to a gym also :) i got occasonally and have started going evry 2-3 days now

thats all , please help :D

p.s the curvature is at the botom of the spine , where the main pain seems to be :)

Hi and welcome to the boarRAB. Have you had a recent MRI or CT scan? The clicking sounRAB like bones rubbing together and can be pinching a nerve causing the leg problems. The arms are likely related to an injury in your upper back. You have had physio but are you seeing or have you seen a neurosurgeon or orthopedic specialist of the spine. Those would be my recommendations. I don't know much about the condition your mother has, but only someone with educated experience can help you find the right solutions to help manage or treat your injuries. I had the curvature too and ended up with a lurabar fusion. I am still experiencing problems but am "managed" for now. Good luck to you and keep us posted.
