Terrible Anxiety Attack

Hi,
I'm in the middle of a terrible anxiety attack. I can hardly breathe, and I'm just so tense I can hardly think. I took a Klonopin and it might be helping a little. I used to get anxiety attacks a lot and then for a couple months they went away. I just need to tell somebody who will understand how I feel. I don't know how much longer I can take this stuff. It hurts so bad. This is really rough. If anyone can just say a kind word, that would help.

I just went through the same thing last monday...ended up in my doctors office...it will get better just breath....I had my first attack easter weekend of last year then i was good for months then just all the stress in my life brought it back...are you talking to anyone or on anything other then Klonopin?
but i know you will get through this attack and you will be fine
