I watched this movie a while back on t.v. but now I do not seem to recall the title and the names of all the actors but the story was something like this:
David Schwimmer gives this party because he had a lot of food to throw away, and Terri Hatcher was this German (I think) who smoked cigarettes, and there was this another girl who kept telling herself "you deserve good things" but she would always get into problem and Liev Schreiber kept dancing throughout the whole movie since he arrived at the party on the dance floor. Then there was this couple, who had a baby and thought was the cutest thing alive.
