I dunno. The budgetary constraints actually make the TV series feel more like the original film than the sequels did. Sometimes talking about the end of the world is more effective than spending a million dollars rendering it.

I wholeheartedly disagree with that statement! I guess Arnie, Linda, Robert made too big an impression on me, because I just couldn't get past the over-riding feeling that the tv actors were doing naff impressions of said superstars. Very poor, and I won't be watching it again for fear of ruining the great films.

Oh, and the Linda Hamilton impersonator?... If it's set after T2, you need to hit the gym! You're so far off what Sarah Connor looked like at that point it's not funny!

I loved the first 2 films, just wish T3 hadn't been made.

I'm not actually a big fan of the first film, because it was little more than an extended chase sequence. The second film is much better. The TV series, it seems to me, is often reprising it but at greater length.
