Ive just read on the rabroad main page that most of the cast from T3 will probably not appear in Terminator 4, because it will be based too far in the future, which is fair enough.

However, I was confused by this statement at the end:



Does this mean Arnold Schwarzenegger will NOT appear in the fourth instalment? It confused me with having "unlikely" in the statement. If he is not, I would have thought "likely" would have been used.
 
Its is not confirmed at the moment if Arnold Schwarzenegger will appear in T4 but if he does it will only be a cameo at most. The recent rumours suggest that they want to film T4 in Budapest which is causing the problems as Schwarzenegger can only commit to an cameo if T4 is filmed in California. So it seems if T4 is filmed anyware apart from California then there will be no Schwarzenegger cameo in the film!
 
They should have let it be after T2 instead of cashing in on sequels.

T3 was alright as big budget action movies go nowadays, but it wasnt a scratch on T2.

thats kid of a double negative i think so that should mean that he will star in the film, if he wasnt to star in it then to be honest i think it would be a crap movie - it would be like making another die hard without bruce willis - which wouldnt really work.

if they do make a T4, i think they should end it after that one as it would be taking it too far
 
It would not be the same without Arnold in T4 and i dont think the film would be very good without him i think if arnold wont do the film then they should not make it and for sure if they do make it it should be the last one.
 
It doesnt look like Arnie will be in Terminator 4 as it looks likely it will film in a new studio at Etyek, Hungary. Producer Andy Vajna has a big stake in the new studios apparently, and has already slotted the sequel into it's plan. The studio won't be finished until 2006 though so if its true, T4 isnt going to be released for a while!
Also some rumours have suggested that the film could revolve around a young Kyle Reese however nothing has been confirmed yet. So it looks like we have got a very long wait for the next Terminator sequel!
 
I dont think T4 should even be made,T3 was pushing it a little after how good T2 was,ok it was a good movie but nowhere near as good as T2 was and i think if they release another one it could just be a huge flop!

well thats my opinion anyway :)
 
I happened to love T3, but all this T4 talk is getting me slightly worried. If Arnie doesnt sign up I dont think they should bother.
 
leave it at t3.. quit while your ahead.. producers....
sly stallone wants to make another rockie film,,, why... they were all crap except my fav actor dolph lundren one.....
the old actors,, should quitely dissapear into the background.............
 
If they do make T4, just think of the great actors who could play an evil terminator: Vin Diesel, The Rock etc. Not the most loved of actors, but could pull it off
