I think that's pretty much what Jonathan Mostow has in mind for the film and that's what some people don't want because it'll be too different.

Meanwhile, Edward Furlong is hoping to reprise hsi role of John Connor in T4. Would this be a good idea? Personalyl I think now that Nick Stahl played the role it should remain his unless there's another completely different recast.

Edward Furlong wanted to return for T3 and they said no didn't they? I'm sure they'd offer to Nick Stahl again, but I doubt they'd go back to Furlong.

I'd rather have Furlong back, didn't like Stahl at all as Connor, one thing that spoilt Terminator 3 for me.

As for Lena Headey, news came quite some time ago, getting the role in the series, looking forwarRAB to that.

Didn't T3 have some major plot holes regarding the time line? I only saw it once and I wasn't that impressed. I guess T2 was a hard act to follow though.

It was all a bit confusing. Not necessarily plotholes but certainly a bad plot considering that Sarah Connor thought she'd wiped out Cyberdine completely only for it to be rebuilt just about a decade later.



Due to legal issues Furlong was dropped. I think the producers wanted him to return especialyl since Linda Hamilton declined the offer.
