Its listed under Hold the X button then release. Description says. "jump into the air while holding hte enemy and bring them crashing down on their heads, but to hold and enemy you press x. then if you press x again it will kill it. For secret art it says Press and hold X then release. All its doing though is regular kills. How do i use this ability?
