Terms:
1.Distribution permit shall be valid for 4 (four) years from the date of issue.
2.Regular report shall be submitted annually regarding types and side effects of distributed products.
Requirements:
1.If later any other party is found to be more entitled upon abovementioned agency, pursuant to applicable terms, registered name shall be ready to *release* the said product agency.
2. In case any mistake is found in future, this approval will be reviewed.
