My friend sent me a really long text, which got split up into like ten different texts.
It froze my cell, and my phone went into "emergency download mode" (yellow screen, blue font).
Now when I go to turn my phone on, it gets to the screen where its loading, and then freezes!
I tried taking the battery out for a while, didnt work.
two questions.
1. Has this happened to anyone? What do I do?
2. Can I call telus? Seeing as it isn't a service issue, will they help me?
I did call, but its all automated for a bit, and it gets to "Please tell us why you are calling" and i dont know what to say...
help me please!!
