I'm in the market for a 1990-1996 or so Miata. Can you tell me about them from experience? How fast are they? Gas mileage? Reliability? What should be my mileage limit? Thanks!

Cramped, impractical, little space for storage/trunk.
A reliable second car.
Not any better for gas mileage than my full-size American sedan... high 20's on the highway, low to mid-20's overall average.
