Somebody already explained to me the deal with Polls and Surveys. But recently I posted some questions in the Business and Finance sections and all I got for answers was spam and some angry guys ranting about dead beat borrowers (not what my questions were about). So I'm starting to think that many of the topics have distinctive cultures based on the trolls and TCs that hang out there all the time. I would really like to understand if you know what's going on.
