Ok, so my mom said that our telephone company(verizon) is giving us extra charges from things off the internet. Like trying to get free tickets to concerts and free music and stuff. But I don't recall signing up fro anything free and my mom thinks I did. I may have put out information a while ago but i'm not sure we asked the phone company could they remove the charges but they said no, we have to go on the website and do it or something but I don't know the website. Is there any way I can stop these charges ?? Please help because my mom is threatening to take away my computer and cell phone and I need the computer for my school work and my cell phone for protection when I walk home.
