Teksavvy or bell internet/phone?

I just moved to minto and sadly they offer rogers services, but we have the option on going to bell for tv or wireline and internet, I have bell for my cellphone and I have no problems with them. I don't know about their TV/Internet services though... I was about to just go and sign with bell for tv and wireline and internet for a combined discounted billing but I come across Teksavvy and they're services is tempting too. I need help, which should I choose? Thanks.
