i am the one who many only dream to be
i am the one who many do not dare to be
i am the one who flows on the river of life with his head raised up high
i am the one who everyone oughts and wants to me
want to know who am i
i am a regular and extraordinary person at the same time
the secret lies in the fact that i am just me
i am the border between madness and reason
between fantasy and fear
between energy and non-being
between beauty and rejection
i'm the border of the desires
so thin that is not to be exceeded
i am the edge of courage
i am the silence that's so quiet
that roars in your ears
i'm the sound at the edge of hearing
and for you i am the light in the darkness



this is the poem that i wrote for a poetry competition at my school
it wasn't really easy cause it was the teacher that kinda got me into doing this
i have like 8 more poems but this is my favorite
is it worth entering in the contest ?? the teacher already read it and she said that she was kinda amazed with this she said that she wanted just to like highlight the things that she found amazing
