Teenage parents: why did you have sex?

Did you use protection? Why didn't you use protection? Like a condom and birth control? Teen moms: is the father still around?
I'm sort of proud for Erica, that doesn't happen often.

These are highly personal questions, first of all. Secondly, why are you only asking teen parents why they had sex? Shouldn't that be a blanket question for all teenagers? Thirdly, condoms ARE birth control, I think you meant birth control pills*. And lastly, whether or not the father is still around is none of your business.

I'm sorry, but it seems like you're just trying to stir up crap in this section.
 
I'm not a teen parent, but I am a teen and I do have sex. We did use protection and birth contol, but now I just take the birth control and don't use condoms because I think I have a latex irritaion. I've been with my boyfriend for about 19 months, and he said he would stay with me if I got pregnant. He even said he would have one with me if I wanted one.

I had sex because I wanted to.
I was on birth control for 2 years but then my boyfriend passed away and I stopped taking it.
When I got with my now husband we used the "pull out" method.
doesn work btw.

And yes he is still around weve been married for almost a year.
