"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" Original Series Question

I posted this in the DVD Discussion forum, but no one there seems to know, so I hope it's cool that I'm re-posting here, just in case.

I was just looking up some info about the original TMNT series on DVD, and I found out that when they released Season 5 last year, it was missing the episode "Once Upon a Time Machine," as well as the "Planet of the Turtleoids" two-parter. And when they released Season 6 earlier this year, the three missing episodes were not on there either.

"Once Upon a Time Machine" was one of my favorite episodes. Can anyone explain this oversight?

Both those eps were skipped because Lionsgate is following the order of the eps on TV.com, which placed those eps in the earlier seasons, so they think they're on DVD already.

Some fans have been trying to contact Lionsgate to get the missing 3 eps on DVD, but they never respond back. This has been months now, mind you.

I'd be really pissed if for a stupid error we never see those episodes. I dont care if they're no longer in order I just want them to be released. So yeah, lets try to spread the word so liongates releases them.

Its not like they're doing it on purpose they just don't know otherwise, Lionsgate doesn't care to release them it doesn't cost them anything they just need to be told.

I as well have sent two different emails to Lionsgate about this matter only to have a silly email thanking me for my interest in Lionsgate and to keep an eye on upcoming Lionsgate releases. I hate corperate America...
