Okay this maybe very vague but a few weeks ago I saw a movie and would really like to know what it's called..
It begins with a girl floating facedown in the water/(ocean) dead. It's about these teenagers and this girl takes her dad's boat out (it's summertime) with some friends and her dad's coworker's son, and they go out in the ocean and he jumps overboard and instead of stopping and letting him back on they jokingly leave him and when they go back he isn't there. So they assume he's died from drowning and the girl can't face going back to her dad so she blows up the boat, with all her friends still onboard and jumps over. (Where it ties into the beginning as she's floating dead in the water..) Also at the very end it shows the guy that jumped overboard earlier survived and was joking with them and he makes it back to the shore..
