16 year old girl. (not overweight, not pms-ing, not pregnant[LOL])
So lately everytime I eat something I'll feel sick afterwards, or sometimes even when I just drink things I'll feel sick and shakey. Also, after I eat, even if I don't eat a lot I get a fat *feeling* (emphasis on FEELING, I'm not fat, nor am complaining "I'mmmm sooo faaaaat" its just that really full feeling that I can't stand) but I'm really not eating too much..like I havent changed how much I eat
I'm also constantly getting headaches (but this along wiht sleep deprivation has been going on for a while...but it hasnt quite bugged me as much as it has been lately.)
So like..is this just some hormonal imbalance/teenage thing? Is there anyway to make it stop? Also its finals right now so I have some anxiety over that..could that be whats causing it?
I have a dance recital friday and I really don't want to be feeling sick during it..any suggestions to help these things go away would be most appreciative... thankyou.
