I'm 14 and I am currently working out to achieve a higher level of fitness. I have been doing 2.5km jogs for the last week or so and I have halved my dinner's to lose to extra weight. I've also loaded up on the fruit and vegetables and water. For the last 3 days I have been working on a new workout plan. I skip for 10 minutes, play basketball for 10 minutes, go for a jog for 10 minutes and go for a 10 minute bike ride. I have stopped workin on my abs, even though i am trying to get them but I'm going to do 10 minute workouts on my abs. How long will it take for me to see progress? like as in meaning seeing abs appear maybe even a six pack. I have around 3 months to tone up for summer so any other tips will be welcome. Help?

not going by time, and going by distance. i run four miles daily in under 38 minutes. how bout jog on mile, ride your bike one mile, do your other stuff for about fifteen minutes but cut the skipping. that doesnt help much, its just like rnnign, just bouncier.

The key to success will be the diet. It sounds like your doing well.
As for the six pack that is not achieved through sit ups and crunches. A six pak is achieved through low body fat.

As for your workout it sounds good. Seems you would have better results just running for 3 miles a day and adding in basketball as an added activity.

To stay motivated why not find a local 5k or 10k to train for. Run in one soon, then run in one about once a month. This will show your progress and they are kinda fun.

Good luck keep at it.
