Teen health need advise?

My father is making me go see a gynocologist I don't know how to spell it it's basically a vagina doctor. I am scared that I have to do that any advise? I'm only 13!!
my father says I'm getting to that age and I'm not sexually active
 
well for these kind of things the only thing u can do is hope for a girl doctor.this never happened to me but i can tell u that u should just relax and get it over with so once its over u can pretend it never happened.everything will be fine.....unles u have been having sex .the doctor will know and tell ur parents...or if u have some sort of infection
 
there really isn't a need to go see a gynaecologist if your not sexually active, are not having any period problems or anything like that. I can't see why your father is making you. I'm 24 and have never been to one, I'm going to have to have a smear test soon and even I'm not thrilled about that so a 13yr old shouldn't have to go through that unecessarily. Also surprised the gyny would do it if there is no apparent reason to
 
If you have any of the following Cancer, Incontinence of urine, Amenorrhea (absent menstrual periods),Dysmenorrhoea (painful menstrual periods), Infertility, Menorrhagia (heavy menstrual periods)
Prolapse of pelvic organ then you should go and see him but otherwise I don't understand why your father is making you go. Just explain to him that if anything was wrong then you would go and see a gynecologist but at the moment you don't need to.
 
no its okay dont freak out...its just like a normal doctor so its all good..but dont freak out!! Its just like a normal doctor, except ur not a lil kid anymore, this doctor specializes in girls like u !! so dont freak its totally cool and normal
