Teen Bed Room Paint Ideas?

Kso, i'm redoing my room, and I have very little idea on the walls.
About a year or two ago, we painted my name on my wall- I was tired of plain white walls, now I'm completely redoing it.
A little about me:
I'm hyper and crazy, but it can't be to wild, my parents said that if we were to sell the house, people would like it.
I like arts and writing- I'm also an advanced Viola player.
I don't really want a theme to my room- like, not to do music, or idk, soccer?
I want more of a color scheme, so if I wanted to change my furniture when I'm older, I could match color, and not theme.
help me please! We need to paint it soon.

Start with a dark solid (your favorite color) and sponge on light (your favorite color) and white.
 
yellow can be really nice. make sure it's not to bright though, it should be several shades brighter than a pastel yellow. you can always pair almost anything with yellow.
