Speaking of gameboy stuff, you might like she. I dont know how well spinning this in a club would go over and dont be fooled by the anime cover, but its an awesome mix of video game sounRAB, house-ish beats, and sweeping leaRAB. Plus all his stuff is free to download.

I can feel the music when I drive.

My greatest moment of driving and listening to techno/electro music was when I was taking my lawn mower to get fixed in Redwood City, CA. I was listening to it full blast, as I left hiway 101 and then blasting four square blocks, all the way to the shop. And while I had it cranked, a police car surprised me and, out of nowhere, came to one of the intersections at the same time as I did. LOL

I was listening to the best CD I have of it called Technologic Threat (1997) by TR4NST3CH, a band from San Francisco. I wish they had made a double album of it, but it only has six songs:

1. Method to the madness
2. Transmissions to the inner ear
3. Tango for a new era
4. Crossed wires ...........................................................
5. Tango for a new era (slo-mo orchestra mix)
6. Crossed wires (wireless)

Has anyone ever heard of this band? It's damn good stuff; I wish I could get more of it.

there is, eat static and sphongle are both gonna be at wakarusa and ott and infected mushroom are going on tour in the states sometime soon. granted it really isn't that big of a following but it's there.

There's a following for every type of music. I was just stating that its not as widespread as house music, and I wouldn't really even say that House has "much of a following."
