Teacher won't give me a B, so i need to to email him as if my dad is a lawyer?

I had a 77.5 percent the first 15 weeks. From that point Ive gotten As Bs and a couple of Cs. Not to mention I did extra credit and I turned in Extra ccrredtit essays. So i got a B+ A- on one test and then he lost my test and gave me a Fail in his grade sheet. THen when I probably have a 80 hes like your in the low 70s and doesnt open up his door. And all the extra credit we have he never counts it for our grades.


Could you help use the words from a lawyer to make him like feel worried and hopefully change my grade?
no in high school 80 is a B and teachers round up 79s to a B.
 
Below 85 is a C if he is giving you a C instead of a C- or D be grateful. Try to intimidate him and your name will be known by all the faculty, fool.
 
If you feel there was an injustice with your grades, I would not pretend my father or anyone was a lawyer... I would tell your mother or father the situation and have them go to the school and have a parent/teach conference.
