Teacher Interview Advice (fresh out of college)?

I've had a couple of interviews for elementary teaching and I spend all week preparing and going over my teaching portfolio. By the time the interview rolls around, I feel confident about my abilities (but still very nervous). However, once I get to the interview and start talking, I start stuttering and forgetting my words. How can I become more confident and speak more clearly during the interviews?
 
Practice makes perfect. Practice with a friend, look up interview questions for teachers and practice what you would say. I know some teacher have group interviews so you're interviewed by not only the school principal but their assistants and others.
