Teacher discussing your grade in front of everyone...?

I went to my Psychology class today, right?

We had a test last week and I did kind of bad on it because I didn't have time to study and other things happened but I don't mention them.

Anyways, I missed a day last week when the test got handed back to the students by the teacher. When I came in today, she got my graded test and she went by my table and whispered but it was more of a loud whisper and she said: "It wasn't very good but it's salvageable" and other people heard!

Maybe I'm overreacting but it was kind of embarrassing. The people next to me heard because they shot me a look but they were eavesdropping as well. I don't know... do you think that's tacky? I know it isn't their fault that I got a bad test score (23/46) but still!

Right? Or wrong?
Well I don't want anyone to know that I bombed a test!

Yes it was a bit tacky on the teachers part. If she has a comment to make, good or bad, she should discuss the issue in private. Your grade is as private as you want it to be, not her place or anyone else's place to call attention to it.

its really not that big of a deal of what grade u got, idk why u care what other people think of you

I hate when teachers do that, but in the end it doesnt really matter
