TDA Saving Private Lindsay 5/3 Talkback

Saw your big spoiler. (Warning: Since I read it, the next thing I'm gonna say is from said big spoiler)

So Owen won't win this time, and the Gaffers will probably even lose 2 in row, losing LeShawna and Heather, so that means that the final 6 will be:

Justin
Beth
Lindsay
Courtney
Duncan
Harold

I just noticed that the evidence was from Teletoon themselves.

That...doesn't seem right.

And if it goes by the same patern of Elimination/Reward/Elimination/Reward/Elimination like the last five, it means the Gaffers might lose four times in a row. It's only fair that would happen.

Though Owen getting the boot probably means Izzy isn't coming back. But atleast there's gonna be a sweet reunion at the Aftermath after Owen gets voted off, which I think will be episode 18 if the patern holds up. Also, I think that the fourth and final TDA Aftermath will be episode 25 instead of 24, serving as a recap of the season before the finale. Though at one point there might be a special TDA Aftermath used as filler instead of a Reward challenge and it would focus mainly on the non-returning campers.

You're saying they might be giving false information, like Michael Bay.
 
One thing you can say about the writers of this series is that they don't play towards popularity. Everyone who has been eliminated so far has either been really popular or at least has a significant enough number of fans.

Of course, this does have the downside of making the series less interesting to watch as time goes on. :shrug:
 
Well, the fact that they made a contest out of it, and if you sign up it pretty much places whoever you voted for at spot 10, I doubt it. Though I wouldn't pass up incompetence on whoever maintains the site.

There has been precedent of spoilers being made known ahead of time, the most obvious of which is Courtney coming back in (Worst hidden spoiler EVER!)
 
Not really what I was talking about. Why or when they decided to bring back Courtney doesn't matter, the point was they obviously didn't do much to hide it. Really, their trailer had her in it, the TDA promo pic had her in it, their first game (Wheel of Secrets I believe it was called) had her in it, they revealed Ocean's Eight or Nine before the first TDA Aftermath I believe, and now she has an animation on their site, and other pointers. If Courtney coming back is a spoiler, a blind man saw it coming from the other side of the world.



With regard to the final 6

4 of the 6 are those who did not make it to the team merger in TDI (Beth, Harold, Courtney, and Justin). Not to mention 4 of the top 5 are gone. Probably the writers want to give some of the other characters a chance to be developed. I know Harold, Beth, and Justin has been getting a large amount of screen time compared to some of the other cast mates, similar to how Owen, Gwen, and Heather have been relatively dominating during TDI.

Based on that, I'd say Duncan will be gone soon, either they kick him off as the 2nd to last Gaffer so it will be 4 Grips to 1 Gaffer in the top 5 similar to how they did it in TDI (4 Gophers to 1 Bass) or they kick him off in the 4 spot, just because they seem to like repeating themselves in some weird sense of irony (Trent was eliminated due to Gwen and had Izzy and Courtney not come back he would of been in 11th place, DJ being eliminated during a horror episode, Izzy being eliminated twice).

My guess for the final 3 based on that is basically villain, male, female. So Justin is in, where he'll get his final comeuppance on the 2nd to last elimination like Heather, Harold, since I predict he will be the final male other than Justin, and either Beth or Courtney, though probably aiming for Courtney, since they could probably wring out more drama by doing a repeat of what Heather did to Lindsey.
