tbs gone for good?

so i see we now have peachtree tv instead of regular tbs, anyone know if bev plans on getting the old tbs back?
 
i think its gone,its not just expressvu its gone on rogers,starchoice & persona.the new channel is pretty much the same thing movies & braves games.
 
Will bell carry the local or national feed?

The TBS feed was the local WTBS.
 
Local, which is why we get PeachtreeTV

It's ok but no Saved by the Bell = bust
 
I was watching TBS the other day and there was a commercial on it stating that TBS is changing their name to Peachtree TV. It is the same channel.

If you read through the many TBS threads on this forum you will find that their was two feeds of TBS. The national Superstation feed which was (and still is) available on cable/satellite in the USA. The second feed was the local Atlanta feed. This station broadcast over-the-air on channel 17 in the Atlanta market and was also the feed offered on cable in the Atlanta Market. The local atlanta feed (WTBS) was the feed used in Canada.

As of October 1st, WTBS rebranded as Peachtree TV and changed their calls to WPCH. Because the local feed was rebranded, Canada now has Peachtree TV instead of TBS.

I still think at some point we will get the national superstation feed of TBS back. It was the most popular US Superstation.
