TB skin test, recently done...?

I had a TB Test done a week ago. It was looked at by a nurse on Friday who said it was flat. At that time it just had a tiny red dot. The next day it got red, but it is not hard. I had been scratching it on Friday and had gotten a few mosquito bites on my arm.

I am not sure if this has turned into a positive test? what are your qualified opinions
