Taxi - The original French version

Anyone seen this film series?

Just finishing the first one on DVD, with the other 2 waiting in the wings. All the original French versions with the subtitles (well, there's not much in the way of dialogue so it's not too bad).

Enjoying it much more than I thought I would.
 
I've seen the first one, loved it.

Only watched the full thing recently though, after seeing half of it on TV ages ago.

On a slightly related note, I actually like the subtitles aspect of foreign films. I think it helps me pay more attention or something. :o
 
Ive only seen the first Taxi but I loved it. I really have to get around to watch the sequels. I stayed away from the American remake as it looked rubbish!
 
I have got the first two not the dubbed versions though. They are effectively similar storylines but are good films. I always wanted the third one and was desperate to see it, but it's got Sylvester Stallone in it and apparently it's not that good
 
I live in France and everybody here raves about this film, so I got a copy it was the dubbed version and it was just about the worst film I have ever seen, perhaps if I had watched the original it may have been better. My son has seen taxi and taxi 4 and thinks they are great, perhaps if I was 16 again I would have enjoyed them.
