taxes... is summer camp for a child deductible as either educational expenses or

child care .? overnight horse camp was 2 weeks $2500.I would like to find a place to deduct that. She bettered her riding skills so it could be school, but I wasn't there so it could be child care.Any thoughts ? Federal taxes.
