I have a few hundred pennystocks at a brockrage,recently they have gained a few hundred dollors,I do not intend to sell them ,I will hold on to them untill 2011,my question is,althogh they will remain in my portfolio as stocks for the remainder of 2010,do i have to report and pay taxes on them next year?
