Tattoo laws in Florida?

What is the legal age to get a tattoo in Florida?
Im going on a trip there in a month or two and id like to know if i would be able to get my tattoo there. Im currently 16 years old and i want to get a memorial tattoo for the life of two close loved ones who have passed on. Do i need to get a signed paper? Or can i just show up with my mother and get it?
 
18 years old in 48 states; 21 in 2 states. Florida is 18 (Requires written notarized consent of a parent or guardian) - if you're not from florida you have to follow the laws in your state

south carolina and illionis are the only states that you have to be 21
