I am about to taste my first chicken in my life in a week. I think it is for the thanksgiving.
Anyway, could anyone tell me how the chicken tastes like? I heard that the taste of chicken breast and its leg and thigh are completely different, is that true?
I always consume the usual meat like ducks, lambs, oysters and other veggie in my life; but I rarely have the non standard things such as beef or pork and that is the first time I have chicken after living for 21 years.
I hope I won't vomit after eating the chicken, that is the only thing I worry about.
