Task Manager Commands, Could U give some sample's?

Lol I think that was me. A few days ago? The average person need not worry about the windows background programs but if you open up the task manager and click the processes tab, you can see all of the programs currently running.
Explorer.exe is the windows shell. You can recognize other programs on that processes list.
 
I was reading a answer, to a question, & person said type explorer.exe in to the task manager, I've only use the task manager to get me out a program that stop responding
