Task alarm not working

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have just purchased a T3 and am still trying to work out how to use the Task Alarm feature.

I set a time but nothing happens. I've tried changing the 'Number of days earlier' to 0 when I have a task scheduled for the same day.
 
The Palm OS has a limitation that requires that you must set an alarm at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time...so if your "testing" and not giving it at least 15 minutes then you won't get the alarm.

Try setting an alarm at least 15 minutes later and see if you get the usual alarm sound. Also, you'll need to make certain that you don't have the alarm sound set to "off" or vibrate only in the preferences section.
