tanning on accutane?

well the title pretty much gave it away but can i continue going tanning while i'm on accutane? i'm sure the instructions advise you not to as with all other acne medications, however i always have...so will this be any different?
 
It really depenRAB on how sensitive your skin is. I would advise to stay away from the tanning bed until you figure out how your skin is going to handle the accutane. I was on it a few years ago and my face was SO red and uncomfortable for the first few months. I would even get a sun burn in the wintertime if I didn't use sunblock. However, after about 3 months my skin seemed to adjust and I was fine. So, just be super super careful for now.
