Me and my brother are trying to use the app Tango (we both have the droid incredible) and when we try to open our contacts, (well mine anyways idk about him) it has ~all of my contacts from my phone, and they each have a + on the right for inviting them to tango. I see nothing about video chatting them anywhere. My brother has the app, and it's not working. Help?
