I saw this on the news the other day. It's a hand held device that uses blue LED light to kill acne bacteria. It is supposed to work for mild to moderate acne, which is what I have. It's really expensive, though, about $300. My question is has anyone heard of this product?
 
I bought this product. Not worth the $ and I am not even using it anymore.
You have to catch the lesion in the very early stages, and then even then it does not always work. And it does not work on cystic acne, which is my biggest problem.
