ook so here it goes
im new to my period....i got i last month and i tryed playtex sport regular it hurt SOOOO bad to take out it was bloody but idk if i left it in long enough i left it in for 3 hours.....and im pretty sure i put it in right cuz i couldnt feel anything and i had not problem inserting it...but heres the questions
- what do you think would be best for me i have a medium flow not light but not heavy
- which has a better design tampax or playtex
- which is less weird feeling or painful to remove
also for ppl who use tampax is it difficult to remove cuz of its shape it looks like it?
oh and it was leaking so im pretty sure i left it in long enough

Tampax Pearl is the most comfortable, don't waste your time with "sport" tampons. They don't work any better and cost more.
I like tampax, with playtex the stick that you use to push the tampon in the applicator is so flimsy.
I can't really tell the difference.
No, it's not painful. The shape isnt that different

Use regular tampons, and I suggest Playtex Gentle Glide.
You didn't leave it in long enough, which is why it hurt to take out. You should be leaving it in for about 5-7 hours depending on how heavy your flow is that day.

Good Luck!

yeah i use plaxtex sport and they can be bad to take out at times and im thinking of switching because they leak from the bottom but then the sides are dry since its 360 degrees so i would try pearl because thats what im trying next!

i use tampax throughout my periods and i have no problems, i am about a medium flow, neither heavy or very little.
when removing your tampax its easier if you get the angle right of what you pull on the string,
dont forgot the tampon will have expanded throught the absorbed blood.
it will hurt more to remove than to insert, after a while of using it wont hurt you'll be used to it.

i also wear a very thin layer of pantiliner in my knickers, and when i see hte littlest bit of blood on there,i know its time to remove but they usually should last for up to 4-9 hours,,

also i use different flows for different stages of my periods. i would use a normal one at the begining and slowly move onto the tampax compax.

hope i helped :)
