Tamiya GB-01 (Frog)

I recently purchased some parts to hop up my Tamiya Frog . I bought a set of wild boar front and rear wheels and tires. unfortunately when i received them i got rear wheels and tires and got front wheels but no tires.Tamiya apparently no longer has the wild boar front wheels available . i am looking for front tires that are the same style as the wild boar rear wheels. but i dont know where to look or what size to order as the wild boar wheels are wider than the original equipment. can anyone please help me out with some info?

Not to get off subject I had a Hornet back in the day, be careful about motor upgrades I would break gears in the rear a lot.
