Taming those " Hot Flashes " ?

Okay....yes.... I am a guy but my poor wife is suffering with terrible " Hot Flashes " going through the change. Unfortunately her mother & about 4 of her aunts had breast cancer. As a result although she had taken " enjuvia " for awhile her Doctor now refuses to prescribe it for her any longer . She does not want to change Doctors so I am looking for some over the counter herbs, etc. that could give her some relief ?

I heard good stories about soy tablets or flaxseed oil tablets ?

Has anybody had any success with them ?

I am just a loving husband who is hoping that somebody could suggest some herb that really provides relief from " hot flashes " ?

I am reluctant to get some of these " wonder cure " herbs most of which which, I understand, do nothing except make the manufacturer rich.

Please help a guy who really wants to help his wife ?

Treating hot flashes with herbs of Dandelion Root caps, take two caps two times per day. Dandelion Root contains Inulin which helps the body to produce the hormones that contribute to the production in the liver and pituitary gland and thyroid. Sage is excellent for hot flashes and night sweats but it should be taken in cap form and taking it for long periods of time can be to harsh and cause less desirable side effects. Stick with the Dandelion Root and advise her to eat foods that contain sage and add sage to her foods and she can add sage to bath soaks too as a natural aid. This lady is excellent to work with and can give you alot more advice too.
 
my mom uses grape seed pils she get em at costco
yeahh thats all i kknow of im shure if you go to the pharmacy you could ask and they could tell you about some that you dont need prescription for
