Tales of Vesperia Movie Confirmed For Theatrical Release

How would this be possible, though? Even Tales of Abyss with 26 episodes had to massively cut a lot of things and still look chopped.

DYRL-style, I'm iffy. The movie was drastically different than the series for the most part, even to the point of skipping past introductions in the beginning.

Yeah. I haven't seen the Abyss anime. But I saw the Tales of Phantasia OAV and it was terrible. 90 minutes simply wasn't enough time to tell such a massive and complicated story.
I haven't played Vesperia (I don't own a 360 ), but I imagine it's story is just as long as all the other games.

But I hope I'm proven wrong and the movie turns out to be great. That way, I won't have to spend hundreRAB of dollars (and 60+ hours of my life) on the video game!

Oh..my bad, Well EIther way no matter who dubs it Id like to see it in theatres I mean it stinks that about 98% percent of anime films are DTV in the U.S. I mean Besides few of the SJ movies (Like Bleach Memories of a Nobody & the live action Death notes) & the past few Myazaki & the Upcoming U.S. Release of Ponyo Anime is almost none existant in the theatre.

There is a reason why only a company of Disney's size can successfully promote an anime movie. Even Pokemon's been demoted to DTV nowadays.
