My adviser wants me to take Bio the first, chem second year, and Organic Chem/ Physics together Junior. My problem is it's going to be difficult to handle the 2 classes junior year. The adviser told me it would be help when taking the MCAT. That is true, but i heard Org Chem is a really difficult class in college. I could go the other way and take Bio and Chem together Fresh year and org chem soph year. Leaving physics for junior year. Also i haven't taken any AP science courses in high school, but did well on regular classes.

Which order you take the premed requirements depends on what your major is, and what the prerequisites are for the courses in your major. General Chemistry is most commonly listed as a prerequisite for other courses (including Bio), so it is usually best taken in the freshman year. Then you take Organic in the sophomore year, while Gen Chem is still fresh in your mind. Probably the most common sequence for premeds is Bio and Gen Chem in the freshman year, Organic in the sophomore year, and physics in the Junior year. Physics might need to be in the sophomore year if your major classes use it as a prerequisite. Be sure to schedule in the math prerequisites for chem and physics.
