lap and buckles seal belt? I will be traveling with my 7 month old from Los Angeles Airport. I wont be having a car seat with me and will be taking a shuttle/cab. Someone told me that me or my wife can hold the baby in the lap and buckle the seat belt. Can someone let me know if this is allowed? Else if there are cab services who can provide a car seat if I book in advance (tried at least 5 good cab services who told me that they dont provide for a car seat)
