I am taking an online class and we take a quiz every week. I submitted it the same as every week and went to check my grade today- zero! I looked and it said "quiz in progress- quiz period over." I submitted my answers the same as I always do and got the confirmation screen that comes after you finish. I tried to explain this to the teacher through email but she basically said "too bad."
How can I fix this since it was in no way my fault and the computer program they use must have been messed up? The grade report shows five other people got zeros as well so maybe it did the same thing to them?
Nope. The quiz was due at 5pm and I took it at 12pm. It had a 40 minute time limit and I finished with 26 minutes to spare because there were only four questions. Each question is able to be saved individually and I did so.....
If I was waiting til the last minute that's one thing.... but I didn't.
