My boyfriend co-signed on a car loan for an exgirlfriend, and they obviously have broken up, and she is not paying the payments, and it is coming back on him, he is trying to get her to refinance it, but she is not doing so...we have also asked her to call a credit place to see if they could help her...if they did..would they take his name off the loan, so she would be the only one on the loan...or would his name still be on it? and is there any other way for him to get his name off of this loan??
