I will be keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers!!! Do be cautious as to how much you do---don't overdo things, you don't want to hinder your recovery. Sending cyber hugs to you both!!!

Hi frienRAB, I just wanted to say that I will be off the board for a while to concentrate on my husbanRAB health. He was just diaganosed with an auto-immune disease called Wegener's Granulomatosis. This disease is very serious and can be life-threatening without the proper treatment. Only 1500 people in the entire country have it so it is extremely rare. Luckily the Cleveland Clinic here in Ohio where we live is one of four institutions in the country familar with the disease and have researched it. I want to thank each and everyone of you for your genuine support since my fusion surgery 9 weeks ago. You have been there to answer my questions, give advise and sometimes even make me chuckle. My recovery is far from over but it seems less important to me now in lieu of my husbanRAB situatuon. Hopefully in the future I can sign back on and find you all doing much better. Again, thanks from the botom of my heart and I will keep you, my new frienRAB, in my prayers............................Debbie

Hey Debbie,
Wow, your family has been hit pretty hard! :( I am so sorry to hear about your husband. Like the others have said before me...please continue to take care of yourself as well. We females are always the nurturers and we tend to put ourselves last in order to take care of those we love. I will keep you and hubby in my prayers. Update us when you have a moment! Hang in there girl!

Hello Debbie ~

Well at least your husband will be in good hanRAB. How lucky that you live near the Cleveland Clinic. Hope they can do their very best for your husband.
Check in when you can...and don't overdo it. You won't be any good to him if you don't take care of yourself.

Our prayers will be with you and your family.

Oh, I am so very sorry for your and your husband. I can understand the need to focus on him now, more than yourself, but please do take care of yourself as well. He is going to need you to be there physically for him, in the long run, so don't let your health go. I know you wont, I just wanted to remind you of that. I will be praying for the 2 of you and please drop a line or two and keep us posted on both you and your husband.

I am praying for you,

Lorie:angel:
