I've been going to the gym a lot more often in the last year and recently taken up serious training to get fit for the Army.
But I noticed that as I've become stronger and faster I am becoming more violent. In the sense of I am hoping for someone to give me a reason to start a fight or better someone starts a fight with me.
I am usually a peaceful person.
